Day 55 Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! The Belgian Dark Strong has been in Primary for 4 days and is still bubbling away! The Pineapple Tinker is still in secondary and clearing. For New Year’s Eve, I had a couple  of Fat Tires, a Tavern Ale from Williamsburg and toasted midnight with my crabapple cider/Champagne. Nice! 01/01/14!
